MICHAEL A. MANNING

Mr. Michael Manning received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Florida State University in 2008. In 2011, he received his law degree from Stetson University College of Law, where he was awarded the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Manning was a prosecutor in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in Manatee County, where he prosecuted crimes ranging from misdemeanors to complex felonies punishable by life in prison. During his five years as a prosecutor, he litigated hundreds of cases and tried over forty jury trials to verdict.

After his time at the State Attorney’s Office, Mr. Manning practiced in multiple areas of law, including insurance regulation, administrative law, and criminal defense. He now concentrates his practice on civil litigation, which includes representation of insurance carriers in first and third party claims disputes, and criminal defense litigation. He is licensed to practice in all Florida State Courts as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
